These are a set of NEW bolts that press into frame (these only fit standard frame, will NOT fit METRIC frame) , alignment shims and upper control arm retaining nuts for GM models. These have the correct phosphate plating, and the correct head markings. This is 4 bolts, 4 nuts and 10 shims.
